At Overclock Coffee Co., we aim to deliver your favorite brews quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle orders, shipping timelines, and delivery methods for purchases made through our website, https://www.overclockcoffee.com.

1. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. This service offers fast and affordable nationwide delivery with tracking and up to $100 of insurance included.

In certain cases, such as high-volume orders, large packages, or delivery to remote areas, we may use alternate carriers like UPS or FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Processing times may be slightly delayed during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the USPS Priority Mail pricing structure. Checkout calculates rates based on order weight, size, and destination.

An additional shipping fee may apply for qualifying orders of two (2) or more coffee bags. Overclock Coffee Co. will cover $1 of the shipping cost per bag in these cases, and the customer will be responsible for the remaining balance.

4. Domestic Shipping Only (U.S.)

We only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Delivery Time Estimates

Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

6. Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local USPS office.

  • If still unresolved, contact us at info@overclockcoffee.com with your order number.

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution.
